We start with the customer selecting their desired flooring, then we measure and inspect the project site. Next we will negotiate pricing and schedule installation. This process can take as little as two days or as much as one month. It all depends on what you want and product availability. We are always prompt and courteous. We are able to install everything we sell and nearly every type of flooring on the market.

We have 5 installation crews, 3 full time and 2 part time. Randy has been with us full time for over 20 years. Jason has been with us full time for over 15 years. Hubie has been with us full time for about 10 years. Ronnie has been with us part time for over 20 years. Stephan has been with us part time for about 3 years.

We offer free in-home measurement and estimate services. By providing free in home estimates we are able to ensure that the measurements are correct. We also look for any and all other things that may cause extra charges, such as floor repair, trim pieces, furniture moving, etc. Depending on the job size, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to complete the measurement and estimate. On average it takes about 45 minutes. We service a 40 mile radius around our store (Hopkinsville, KY.) However, we do occasionally travel further. Please contact us for assistance.

All of our sales staff is available to help with design consulting. We each have different likes and styles — we all have years of experience with working with customers. Through our years of sales and consulting we are able to help with many different styles.
